The Complete Athlete Advantage includes all three stages of the the Program, as well as 1:1 online coaching.
The Core online courses and 1:1 coaching will help you explore career opportunities, develop a portfolio of useful resources, and strengthen your mental wellbeing and resilience.
This will be enhanced by the mentoring and work experience placements, where you will learn more about the fields you’d like to explore, hone your transferable skills, and develop your experience.
Coaching: Your online coach will tailor the Program to your motivations, priorities and goals, and support you as you complete the courses.
Stage 1. Core online courses: Core is a series of online modules in career development and mental wellbeing, recommended to you by your coach.
The courses are delivered through our online platform via video and downloadable resources. We also partner with CareerHQ and use ThomasEducation to provide personal and behavioural profiling.

Stage 2. M2 mentoring program: A series of 1:1 sessions with a business mentor who comes from the professional field you’re most interested in, and suited to. Each session is an exchange, not a one-way process, so you’ll bring just as much to the table as your mentor.
Stage 3. WorkX: A two-week work placement in an organisation best suited to your motivations, priorities, skills and experience. This will give you a real understanding of your chosen profession before you embark on it full time.
